Multi-level Railway Over Bridge
CASAD Infra Solutions led the structural design and detailing for Gujarat’s first multi-level Railway Over Bridge at Surat. Featuring PSC girders, composite spans, and RCC slabs across multiple traffic levels, the project integrates 747 pile foundations, 121 piers, and 262 girders. CASAD’s advanced bridge engineering and BIM expertise enabled seamless design coordination for this urban-scale, multi-tier infrastructure serving one of India’s busiest railway corridors.


Railway Over Bridge – Louisiana

Circular Pedestrian Skywalk – Vastral Junction
Casad engineered Ahmedabad’s first circular pedestrian skywalk at Vastral Junction—an iconic steel structure that links all four road corners and connects to the metro station. Elevated at 7m, with a 4.2m wide walkway, the bridge includes lifts, staircases, and escalators. Casad delivered structural design, steel detailing, and BIM modeling, enabling rapid construction and ensuring safety in one of the city’s busiest traffic zones.


Restoration of 150-Year-Old Heritage Steel Bridge
Casad Infra Solutions leads the structural and architectural restoration of a 150-year-old heritage steel pedestrian bridge in Ahmedabad. Combining retrofit engineering and urban beautification, Casad’s work preserves the bridge’s integrity while enhancing its aesthetic and usability. Cable Stayed Flyover - Apollo Junction
Casad Infra Solutions provided BIM modeling, bridge engineering, and visualization services for the 1.5 km Cable-Stayed Extradosed Bridge at Apollo Junction, Ahmedabad. Supporting a 6-lane flyover with a 100m span and 38m high pylon, Casad’s REVIT and Lumion-based workflows enabled detailed design, agency coordination, and integration of public infrastructure. Khokra Railway Over Bridge
Casad Infra Solutions provided end-to-end bridge engineering and TEKLA modeling services for the Khokhra Railway Overbridge—Western Railway’s longest single-span steel girder (92m, 1045 MT). Launched over live tracks, this steel truss bridge demanded precision design, fabrication drawings, and BIM coordination. RCC High-Rise – USA
