Project Overview This project is a greenfield industrial development for Arvind Private Limited in Kheda, with a project cost of 80 Crore. The facility is designed for Heavy Fabrication and involves the construction of a large industrial plant. As the Prime Design and PMC Consultant, our role was comprehensive, ensuring the seamless integration of all Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP systems for the specialized manufacturing environment.

Casad's Scope of Work CASAD served as the Prime Design Consultant and PMC Consultant, overseeing the project from conceptual design through construction.

• Integrated Design Consultancy: Provided primary design services for Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines.

• Heavy Load Structural Design: Developed the Steel Shed design to safely accommodate the high 800 Ton load requirements for heavy fabrication.

• Project Management Consultancy (PMC): Ensured coordination, quality control, and timely delivery across all construction activities and trades.
