Hrudhyam Commercial is a landmark mixed-use development rising to 70 meters in the heart of Gandhinagar. With a blend of retail and commercial spaces, the project aims to serve as a central business and lifestyle hub in the region. The design ambition demanded structural solutions that balance vertical load performance with commercial flexibility on lower floors.


Casad’s design solutions helped achieve:

Casad's Scope of Work

Casad was entrusted with delivering comprehensive structural design services for this high-rise RCC building. Our scope included:

  • Structural system conceptualization for optimal strength-to-weight ratio

  • Design of slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and core elements

  • Integration of retail space flexibility at podium levels

  • Coordination with architectural and MEP consultants to ensure system compatibility

  • Optimization for seismic zone considerations (Zone-III)

  • BIM-based design validation to improve clash detection and accuracy
