Casad Infra Solutions served as the prime consultant for the Sabarmati Rolling Stock Depot—India’s largest high-speed rail maintenance facility under the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project. RUKUS 3.0 – Austin, Texas
RUKUS 3.0 is a 426,746 sq. ft., 8-story residential project in Austin, Texas, featuring 215 units and a 3-level underground parking structure. Casad supported the structural engineering team with high-precision Revit modeling and CAD drafting, enabling seamless coordination between wood and concrete systems. Our BIM deliverables enhanced design accuracy, accelerated documentation, and ensured efficient project execution.


Laser Scan to BIM – Torhout, Belgium
Casad transformed high-density laser scan data into a detailed LOD 350 BIM model to support the redevelopment of an existing facility in Torhout, Belgium. Using Revit and Navisworks, our team delivered a precise, clash-free 3D model capturing architectural and structural elements. This digital twin enables accurate planning, coordination, and design, ensuring data-driven decisions and smoother execution for all project stakeholders.


Architectural BIM Modeling from Photographic References
Casad developed a precise architectural BIM model for a Dubai project using only photographic references and basic measurements. With no CAD files, our team recreated the building's design in Revit, producing detailed 2D drawings and high-quality renderings. This model enabled the client to visualize, document, and plan redevelopment effectively—demonstrating Casad’s capability to deliver high-impact results even from minimal inputs.


Landen Kerkstraat – BIM for Bank Redevelopment
Casad developed a high-precision as-built BIM model for a bank facility in Landen, Belgium, using laser scan data and ReCap input. The model, built to LOD 350, accurately captured all architectural and structural elements, including vaults, teller areas, and office spaces. It serves as a foundation for future design, compliance checks, and renovation planning—enabling efficient coordination and reducing rework risks throughout the redevelopment lifecycle.
