Project Overview The project focuses on the comprehensive re-development of Patan Junction Railway Station as part of the nationwide Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. As a vital rail hub in Gujarat, the goal is to modernize the station to improve passenger experience and connectivity. The project is part of a larger initiative to upgrade infrastructure, ensuring the station serves as a modern city center.


Casad's Scope of Work The scope of work for the re-development includes:
  • Façade Improvement & Station Approaches: Upgrading the station's exterior and entry points for a modern and welcoming look.

  • Platform & Building Renovation: Renovating the station building, waiting halls, and toilets to improve passenger comfort.

  • Accessibility: Adding facilities for Divyangjan (persons with disabilities) such as lifts, ramps, and accessible toilets.

  • Landscaping & Beautification: Improving the surrounding area with landscaping to create a pleasant environment.

  • Signage & Information Systems: Installing clear and modern signage and digital displays for passenger convenience.
