Project Overview This vital urban infrastructure project involves the Construction of a Railway Over Bridge (ROB) at Level Crossing (LC) -41 A on the Patan - Kansa Railway Line (at chainage 40/1−2 km) within the limits of Patan City. The project’s core objective is to eliminate the existing level crossing, thereby ensuring uninterrupted traffic flow, drastically improving road safety, and alleviating the significant congestion and delays currently experienced by commuters in Patan.

Casad's Scope of Work Our role as the Overall Project Management Consultant (PMC) is to ensure the project is delivered with the highest standards of quality, on schedule, and within the allocated budget. Our comprehensive scope includes:

• Day to Day Supervision: Providing continuous on-site presence and monitoring of all construction activities.

• Quality Assurance (QA): Implementing and verifying stringent quality control checks on all materials and construction processes (foundations, substructure, and girder installation).

• Project Monitoring: Tracking physical and financial progress, identifying potential delays, and ensuring timely resolution of site issues.

• Report Submission: Preparing and submitting detailed progress, quality, and financial reports to the Gujarat Urban Development Company Limited.

• Cost Monitoring: Closely tracking expenditures against the budget to maintain financial control over the project's 35.74 Cr. outlay.
