Project Overview This ambitious project, "Vadodara Mumbai Expressway – Package 11," is a crucial component of the prestigious Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway, an 8-lane access-controlled highway. With a significant project cost of 1100 Crore, this package is designed to enhance connectivity, reduce travel time, and boost economic development across the region. The project involves a complex array of structures, ensuring seamless traffic flow and superior infrastructure quality along its 2600-meter length.

Casad's Scope of Work Our involvement in "Vadodara Mumbai Expressway – Package 11" encompassed the comprehensive design of all major and minor structures along its designated length.

• Integrated Structure Design: Responsible for the detailed design of an extensive range of structures including Minor Bridges, Major Bridges, FOBs, VOPs, Interchanges, VUPs, LVUPs, SVUPs, Canal Bridges, and various Box Culverts.

• PSC Girder Superstructure Design: Expertise in designing efficient and robust PSC Girder type superstructures to meet the demands of an 8-lane expressway.

• Foundation Design: Detailed design of RCC Pier caps, Portal Piers, and open foundations, ensuring stability and durability across varying terrains.

• Compliance & Optimization: Ensuring all designs comply with NHAI standards and specifications, while optimizing for construction efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordination: Collaborating with the main contractor and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs seamlessly into the overall expressway project.
